How fast can I list a card?
The app reads the card in about half a second and fills its identity. Scan-list takes about 5 seconds per card, and bulk listing runs around 100 cards in 10 minutes — you add condition, photos, and price.
When do sellers get paid?
When your buyer pays, the money is held safely. Every payment carries a minimum 7-day hold set by the payment provider, counted from when it's collected. Once your order completes and that hold is up, the funds move to your wallet. From there you request a withdrawal to your bank — it lands as fast as the next working day, up to 3 working days depending on your bank. Withdrawals require verification.
Do I need to verify before selling?
No. Verification is required before withdrawal, not before listing — you can scan and list right away.

Who pays shipping, and how much?
The buyer pays the shipping fee the seller sets. With a Cardbuster carrier, the cost depends on the route and weight: West Malaysia to West Malaysia starts at RM 8 for the first 2 kg, then RM 1.50/kg; any route touching East Malaysia starts at RM 15 for the first 1 kg, then RM 10/kg. It's taken from the seller's payout, with a 1-tap label and automatic tracking. If the seller uses their own courier, Cardbuster charges RM 0 for shipping — the seller creates the label and adds the tracking.

How long do sellers have to ship?
Sellers have 7 days from payment to ship. Buyers have 30 minutes to pay or the order cancels.
What if a card is wrong, fake, damaged, or never arrives?
Open a request on the order. Covered issues include not received, empty parcel, missing item, wrong card, not as described, damaged, and fake or counterfeit. A continuous unboxing video with the tracking label visible is the clearest evidence. If both sides can't resolve, Cardbuster reviews it and makes a ruling.
