This page explains how to request deletion of your CardBuster account and associated personal data, including data connected through Facebook Login.
1. Request deletion in CardBuster
- Sign in to CardBuster.
- Open Profile or Account Settings.
- Select Delete Account and confirm your request.
Please make sure your wallet balance is zero and you have no pending purchase or sales orders before submitting the request.
2. Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email contact@cardbuster.com from the email address registered to your CardBuster account. Use the subject “CardBuster Data Deletion Request” and provide only the minimum information needed for us to identify and verify your account. Do not send your password, Facebook access token, or other authentication credentials.
3. Processing time
After we receive and verify your request, CardBuster will complete the deletion through its manual account-deletion process within 7 days. Contact us before completion if you submitted the request by mistake.
4. Data deleted or retained
We will delete or anonymize your account profile, Facebook Login association, and related personal data that is no longer required. Information required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, unfinished transaction, chargeback, or dispute-resolution purposes may be retained for the applicable legal or necessary period. Retained information is restricted to those purposes.
5. Remove Facebook authorization
You may also remove CardBuster from Facebook under Settings & privacy, Settings, and Apps and Websites. Removing Facebook authorization stops future Facebook Login access but does not by itself delete your CardBuster account. Use one of the request methods above to delete the CardBuster account and associated Facebook data.
